Today, the emotional impact of change hits home. You feel like you can roll up in a comfortable, known, but maybe boring, comfort zone or reach out for the brass ring of change and introducing something new.

This is the cost of change. It takes you out of your comfort zone. It puts your need for emotional security at risk (possibly).

The tilt today is toward the tried and true, the known, but I doubt you will stay there forever. You'd be bored if you did. So dig deep emotionally, respect the needs of your feelings, but move forward into the next cycle of life.

Like a snake shedding its skin, change is a part of life. Allow yourself some nesting time if you need it. But keep your momentum. Incorporate compassion and your principles. Despite whatever opposition you arouse, you have to do things your way, according to your own values. The structures in your life must change to support you as you are now.
