Astrology of Monday, January 13

Today is a good day to get the older folks of your "tribe", your elders as it were, on your side. You and they are less threatened by new, progressive ideas that may be influenced by some sort of new technology. Women are more persuadable. Men not so much as they are more easily influenced by myths about the past - i.e., pulling yourself up by your bootstraps, machismo, etc. These somewhat delusional views are a part of their reality, whether or not they actually existed. That is why I call them myths. But it is what was taught and what was out there in the general culture. Today, we are invited to move beyond the past, into the future, and it is a day where that is easier todo than it might be on some other days.
