(Moon in Cancer inconjunct Venus in Sagittarius conjunct South Node in Sagittarius) The old authorities represented by the South Node in Sagittarius and the opposition between Pluto in Capricorn and Moon in Cancer demonstrate that powerful forces are arrayed against the people's financial interests.

There is a lot going on behind the scenes - South Node/Venus in Sagittarius is square Neptune in Pisces. Old, traditional powers are trying to evade increasing payment of COVID relief funds to individuals as secretive talks take place. They'd like to kick this can down the road to the next session of Congress. Suddenly, after passing tax relief for billionaires to the tune of several trillion dollars, they are suddenly concerned about the amount of the national debt.

Chaos is coming from the top - Uranus in Taurus (financial instability) is oppose the Sun and Pluto in Capricorn - the authority at the top.

The Moon in Cancer is trine Neptune in Pisces, showing the People's hope and need for support. But, looking at the chart, I doubt that tomorrow will be the day for it to come. Looks to me like the old traditionalists have the wherewithal to delay things a bit longer. Whether or not that will doom raising the amount of direct payments remains to be seen.
