Could We Use Some Healing Energy?

Before we look where we are going, we need to look back at why we are here.
We had a series of sign changes for all the outer planets in July, triggering a societal re-set. As you might expect, with change that big, the repercussions echo for a while. They are. With those same planets now going retrograde over the territory they occupied in the summer of 2026, and the faster moving personal Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars forming trigger points for these planets, the energy of this reset is being recreated over and over again..
So while the outer planets, Jupiter, Neptune, Uranus and Pluto, were meeting at 4 degrees of fire and air signs, Chiron quietly moved from the fire sign Aries into the earthy sign of Taurus for a temporary visit. Chiron had been in Aries since 2019; it moved into Taurus on June 20 and will re=enter Aries on September 19 to April 15, 2027. This year was a preview. We have had a taste of Chiron's themes in Taurus - including passing the point of no return in heating the planet.
Chiron is the wound. A place where we operate from unconscious , habitual, reactions that do not serve us well. Chiron in Aries was about identity. Who am I? What is the wound that I am dealing with in my identity? Over the 7 years Chiron has been in Aries, pronouns have become a thing as we struggled to express the complexity of our gender and sexuality. And we had to deal with the resistance to that expression of identity. We also deal with bodily autonomy and privacy. Roe v. Wade was overturned and sexual predation like the Epstein scandal was exposed.
Taurus territory is quite different. Taurus is Planet Earth. Its basic concern is about values. What are my values regarding my earthly home AND the creatures on it. Taurus, more than any other sign, reveres its own instinctual inner animal. Values means Taurus covers money, Why do I value and spend money on the things I do? When, if ever, will I have enough to see myself through hard times? Am I enough? Values regarding self confidence are easier to come by when you are not fighting for survival.
As soon as Chiron entered Taurus, it encountered a square, a tense aspect with Pluto in Aquarius. Pluto is the mythological ruler of the Underworld. Secrets lie underground as well as great wealth, like fossil fuels and gems. Pluto also rules power and secret societies. How do we value Planet Earth enough to count the cost, in human terms and financial ones, of exploiting Pluto's hidden and powerful wealth?
As Chiron returns to Taurus in the spring, we have a chance to truly express our values regarding the planet and the creatures, including us, upon it. Look for more consequences of climate change - wildfires, earthquakes, floods until our values no longer allow us to go down the road of denial. How will the earth sustain us or restrain us? More to come.
