In 1789, the French stormed the Bastille, The Bill of Rights was created in the US and George Washington was installed as President of the newly formed United States.

When Jupiter in Leo opposes Pluto in Aquarius, the question is not just who has the power, but who should have it? Will there be rulership by a single King or the will of the people? Also on July 20, Moon in Libra at 4 degrees will oppose Neptune in Aries - is the will of the people to have peace with allies vs a quasi religious war based on deception or foggy thinking?The congress of 4 degree planets offers an opportunity to change the world - and it will be a marathon, not a sprint.
