October 13 - Pluto in Aquarius Makes Waves

On Monday, October 13, Pluto will station (changing from retrograde motion to go direct) until October 19. Stationary days are particularly impactful, so knowing where Pluto will reach the earliest degrees of Aquarius in your chart is particularly telling. From October 19 to May 7 and 8, 2026, Pluto will be in direct motion, reaching 5 degrees Aquarius. Xi Jin Ping has a North Node 5 Aquarius; this degree is also close to the US South Node. Our country's South Node represents our shadow side - the long legacy of racism, sexism and gender discrimination, etc. For Xi, it represents a time of moving toward fulfillment of his raisin d'être.
