A Wonderful Opportunity on Tuesday, June 9

So often, I feel I am writing about really serious stuff - and don't worry, there will not a shortage of that this year! BUT arguably the best aspect of the yearr is happening Tuesday, June 9, when Jupiter in Cancer (Luck, especially on the doestic front) will meet with Venus in Cancer (warm and fuzzy light and artistic energy). The doors of opportunity are open and ready for your business.

As my mentor Steven Forrest always said, "There is no aspect so good, you can't louse it up or so bad you can't make it better." We are always free to decide how we play an astrological combination, but on Tuesday, optimism, expansion, luck and new opportunities are on the menu - maybe in love, in family, in creating art - or just taking a much needed nap under a cozy blankie while enjoying a beautiful vista or a good book.

If you want to know what the signs of trouble are, make sure you do not get pompous or overbearing or rely too much on luck without effort. Decide to do things exactly the way you have already done them. Make sure to find no meaning. And throw in some indolence, vanity and seelf confidence issues to boot. These behaviors will make your guardian angel sigh and feel you have not chosen wisely.

As always, if your chart has a planet or angle near this 24-25 degree conjunction, you will experience it more directly. If the planet or angle that is contacted is more central to your chart, again, bugger impact. Even if it contacts a planet or angle you are not particular fond of, the combined impact of Jupiter and Venus will soften the experience. Seize the day!
