There is no problem being the one in charge...you want to rule the roost, beneficently, but still rule. Your ideals can be put into action today. The only confusion is ... can you be the one at the head of the pack and still maintain kindness and compassion? There is a little challenge in doing both. The old rules of society maintained that it was weak to show compassion, but it is key for us all to incorporate the values of caring for one another, developing a sense of community if we are hoping to keep the best parts of ourselves.
