There is a realization that we must act in caring, compassionate ways (the Moon is in healthcare loving Cancer, a sign for healing and nurturing). There is a sense that the people must and can act to build structure and take actions that respond positively to the disruption in all our lives. There is a dissonance between what is needed in a very practical way, to do the healing work, but an increasing sense that it is our collective destiny to move forward into the future. Largely because it is the practical, pragmatic thing to do, working with the traditional authorities can be diplomatic and balanced, regardless of whether or not those institutions or authorities are capable of surviving intact in the future. We are still breaking down to achieve a breakthrough.
