Astrology of Monday, April 7

The Moon is full today! That means the Moon in sociable Libra is directly opposite the Sun in Aries. Obviously, tension between home life and one's focus on one's self is at odds. Pressure mounts as the Sun in Aries edges closer to the asteroid Eris, an unpredictable creature, that doesn't need to win as much as it is happy to see someone else lose. The Sun will join Eris in Aries in about 14 days. At the same time, Eris is making a tense aspect to Pluto in the conservative sign of Capricorn. I think there may be real pressure with figures and institutions of authority. There may be a great desire to get things moving again...and flipping off authority's call for measures that work against transmission of the virus, i.e. social distancing. Ultimately, this could slow down the fragile progress in improving matters at a wrong time, which might exacerbate the problem.
For now, the emphasis is staying at home, doing overdue projects or things one might have become aware of in spending so much time at home.
