Change is in the air. It is getting bigger and noisier. It is hard, in fact, to ignore that the leadership is getting less effective every day. The evidence of that is all but impossible to ignore. Unless you are an ostrich, sticking your head in the sand.

We are on the cusp of great societal change, as I have said before, breaking down to break through. The evidence of that is getting harder to ignore, but it can be denied.

The will of the majority of people is exposing the fact that their security needs a new, more solid platform and that only their actions can make that happen. The tenor of these times will be repeated twice more this year, on June 30 and November 12. Those dates are not exact, but it will be around those dates.
