Astrology of Monday, August 10
Expect the unexpected - not the most concrete advice - but a monkey wrench may be thrown into your carefully laid plans. The Sun in Leo is square Moon conjunct Uranus in the sign of Taurus. Since Taurus is a very nature-involved sign, Mother Earth herself may dramatically alter your personal plans. Heat, hurricane or earthquake or simply the changes our world is undergoing through the Pandemic or global warming may have to be factored into your personal plan. So, relax, don't get too attached to ideas you have originated and allow yourself to react to unexpected circumstances.
The yod I described yesterday is still in effect today. Faith in our institutions of power and our own principles and self care will require some adjustment. The trigger point of this yod lies in the middle of Aquarius, a sign ruled by Uranus, so there is a connection to the description in my first paragraph. Compassion for humanity, detachment, objectivity, having faith in your own principles are all good Aquarian strategies, so think about how you can think bigger than yourself and adhere to your own moral compass.
Here is what it looks like. The yod is from the sun to the planets connected by a dotted green line to the planets Jupiter and Neptune. The trigger point lies midway between Jupiter and Neptune, directly opposite the sun.
