On December 4, I wrote that days ago, the solar eclipse and new moon would begin a process of perceiving the world in new ways. Shortly afterword, news broke that the James Webb telescope would soon be launched, surpassing, the Hubble telescope, looking at the night sky more clearly and more deeply than ever before. Scientists believe this look back in time (because it looks at light that emanated long ago) will provide information about the origins of the universe. Truly, we will never see the world the same after it’s findings
